1. Supplier and scope
These terms apply to orders placed on xportal.shop with New Delhi Restaurant, Kumar Sukhdeep & Manchenda Ravinder GbR, Hirschbergstraße 1, 80634 Munich, Germany. Contact: +49 89 85 670 230, info@newdelhi-restaurant.de.
2. Ordering and contract
The menu invites you to place an order. You can review and change products, quantities, options, delivery or pickup, time and contact details before submitting. The payment-obligation button submits a binding offer. We accept by expressly confirming acceptance or starting preparation. An automatic receipt acknowledgement only confirms receipt unless it expressly accepts the order. Order details are sent by email; registered customers can also view orders in their account.
3. Prices, extras and payment
Euro prices shown at the time of ordering include applicable statutory VAT. Delivery charges and selected extras are shown before submission. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available. Cutlery is charged only if selected. Discounts are already included in the displayed sale prices.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery is limited to the areas offered during ordering. The minimum depends on the chosen area and is shown there and in your cart. Pickup takes place at Hirschbergstraße 1, 80634 Munich. Delivery, pickup and restaurant opening hours may differ. Available time slots reflect the relevant service; please contact us by telephone about delays. Statutory rights regarding non-performance or delay remain unaffected.
5. Requests, ingredients and allergens
Product information and allergen details appear with each dish. Use product notes or the kitchen note for requests, and the separate driver field for delivery instructions. For allergies or intolerances, contact the restaurant before ordering; a free-text request alone does not confirm that it can be fulfilled.
6. Withdrawal and changes
The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to quickly perishable goods, particularly freshly prepared food, under section 312g(2)(2) BGB. Other goods remain subject to statutory rules and the separate withdrawal information. Please telephone promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. Statutory remedies for defects remain unaffected.
