Freshly prepared food

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly under section 312g(2), no. 2 of the German Civil Code. This applies in particular to our freshly prepared dishes. The exception does not automatically cover all goods, such as unopened shelf-stable drinks. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right online using Withdraw from contract. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, without delay, containing your withdrawal statement and its date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Kumar Sukhdeep & Manchenda Ravinder GbR, New Delhi Restaurant, Hirschbergstraße 1, 80634 Munich, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before those fourteen days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
